The location offered convenient access to attractions. Complimentary transport options, including a hotel buggy and shuttle, simplified getting around. The breakfast buffet included daily cuisine changes which added variety. The comfortable bed and free mini-bar refills enhanced the room experience.
The air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently. It struggled to reach a comfortable temperature despite adjustments. This impacted my sleep quality.

i booked the verandah suite living room package. the resort has peaceful grounds and provides spacious accommodation. the hotel staff provided good service, especially jennifer, who prepared breakfasts. the hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from imbiah station attractions. two 7/11 stores are nearby.
the shower drain was clogged. i unclogged it myself. there is no bidet.

the resort features multiple pools , one of which is exclusive to larkhill terrace guests, and the pool area provides sufficient space for relaxation.

i booked through eatigo , and the food was delicious. there are both indoor and outdoor dining areas. breakfast includes a variety of options , with helpful staff. complimentary wine and sweets were provided for special occasions.

a somewhat underwhelming experience
faulty shower headdusty room
The tv in my verandah studio wasn't working, and when i tried to report it, i discovered the phone also didn't work. the shower head was old and faulty, something i'd expect in a budget motel, not a place like this. i ended up not reporting it because walking to reception sounded easier than hoping someone would eventually answer a call. It felt very understaffed.

The pool lacked lilos, and the jacuzzi was out of service. The broken phone and inoperative QR code also made ordering refreshments difficult.
